-Military Diet-

I HAVE DECIDED TO START THE MILITARY DIET. IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT IS, IT IS A DIET WHERE YOU LOSE WEIGHT JUST BY EATING FOOD. I HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH BY WATCHING A FEW VIDEOS ONLINE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE'S EXPERIENCE WITH THE DIET AND IT SOUNDS PRETTY LEGIT. I WILL POST A VIDEO I WATCHED DOWN BELOW AND THE WEBSITE IF YOU WANT MORE INFORMATION. THE VIDEO GOES IN DEPTH OF HER MEALS, HOW SHE FELT THROUGHOUT THE DIET AND HER RESULTS. I WILL ALSO BE POSTING MY RESULTS ONCE I COMPLETE THE DIET. THIS ONLY LAST FOR 3 DAYS AND IT TELLS YOU WHAT TO EAT FOR EACH MEAL. FOR EXAMPLE TODAY FOR BREAKFAST I ATE:

  • TOAST
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF PEANUT BUTTER 
  •  LASTLY I DRANK A CUP OF WATER. 
YOU CAN HAVE BLACK COFFEE OR TEA BUT I DON'T LIKE EITHER. FOR LUNCH I ATE:

  • 1 CUP OF BLACK COFFEE, TEA (I DRANK WATER AGAIN. 
  • 1/2 CUP OF TUNA
  • 1 SLICE OF TOAST

I HAVEN'T HAD DINNER YET BUT YOU HAVE TO HAVE:

  • 1 SMALL APPLE
  • 3 OZ OF MEAT
  • 1 CUP OF GREEN BEANS
I'M NOT A FAN OF GREEN BEANS, BUT IT'S OKAY BECAUSE IF YOU GOT THEIR WEBSITE YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE ANY FOOD THAT YOU DON'T LIKE FOR SOMETHING ELSE. YOUR SUPPOSEDLY CAN LOSE FROM A RANGE OF 1 TO 10 POUNDS. ALSO THIS IS ONLY MEANT FOR 3 DAYS. IF YOU CONTINUE THE DIET THEN IT WON'T NECESSARY BE A DIET BECAUSE YOUR BODY WILL BECOME USE TO IT. YOU CAN THIS DIET FOR 3 DAYS ONLY AND 3 TIMES IN A MONTH. I'M DOING THIS BECAUSE IT'S SPRING BREAK WHERE I LIVE AND I WANT TO LOSE A COUPLE OF POUNDS BEFORE SUMMER.
